Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer 30-day returns from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are eligible for a full refund.

You must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Return must be approved before sending

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Refunds are in full  

  • Refunds to the original payment method may be issued at our discretion

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • The item is not currently in stock

  • Estimated shipping timeframes are clearly displayed on the product page

Failure to read pre-order information does not qualify for a refund.

Pre-orders may only be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.
Once production has started, pre-orders are non-refundable.


Sale & Promotional Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless faulty.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Everwear is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect address details provided by the customer


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to release funds


Abuse of Returns

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline returns

  • Limit refunds

  • Restrict future purchases

If we identify excessive or abusive return activity.
