Refund Eligibility
Everwear does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, delays in transit, or dissatisfaction with sizing, colour, or personal preference.
Refunds will only be considered where:
- The product arrives damaged or defective; and
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery; and
- Clear photographic or video evidence is provided.
All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where appropriate, Everwear may choose to provide a replacement product, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be declined.
Pre-Orders
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:
- The product is not currently in stock
- Estimated shipping timeframes are displayed on the product page
- Pre-order delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or supplier delays
Delays within the advertised or estimated pre-order timeframe do not qualify for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or compensation.
Failure to read the pre-order information provided on the product page does not qualify for a refund.
Once production or fulfilment has commenced, pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping & Delivery
Everwear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
